Global Warming and Climate Change} More question's with a need for answers.

Climate Change United Planet, Let's ask a few questions, that I do not have the answers to, but perhaps someone our there does? First off, I have absolutely no resume, in any scientific way, would I then be unqualified, to be associated with "Climate Change United Planet" or could we have many people from different field's, and some, like me no degree! How would we put forth people and who should vote on the candidates, I would think that individuals from all walks of life, and all part's of the world, but we run up against people being interested for the wrong reason's. If there is no type of vetting, but only someone that can con enough vote's. Or if only a select few can put forth names, then it may be that only money will talk! We have seen such massive scandals, from many sporting organizations, Political parties, any thing that can be perverted for power or money has been! And the type of organization, that I am talking about would draw these people like bee's to honey! A world wide, entity that almost everyone on the planet would like to help once, what and why, is explained. Many will think that I am being over- enthusiastic about, my own paper's. And just because I am very certain that what I say is happening is. Does that mean that the scientific community will be able to somehow come around, without losing too much prestige. Of course they can, nothing changes about what is happening with extra carbon dioxide in the atmosphere that is causing everything that has been talked about, All that changes is how serious, is the need for the whole planet's survival. Not just mankind's need to maintain the global temperature so that what we have built with the oceans level where they have been for thousand's of years will see massive changes! If my plan is not adopted in my lifetime, it will be in the future! Because it has to be, this is not something that will go away, because we reduce the levels of carbon dioxide by whatever way we choose to. First, how do scientist's come up with around 50,000 gigatonnes of available carbon left on the planet? Some of the amounts can be directly measured, how much there is in the atmosphere is one of the most researched numbers on the planet! That figure of 415 parts per million equals around 800 gigatonnes of carbon, in the form of carbon dioxide. 560 gigatonnes in plant and animal life are based on both satellite images for how much plant life is on the planet during the year and measurements that were taken by hundreds of people every year all around the planet. How much soil carbon, is taken by averaging soil carbon from all over the globe this amount is said to be 1,500 gigatonnes.
