Global Warming and Climate Change} Moving ALL of the fresh river water to arid and semi-arid areas!
This part of the plan, stopping the freshwater of the planet from entering the seas and oceans of the planet has by far the most need for infrastructure and innovation. Moving such a vast amount of water around the planet, and much of it will be uphill, how much will all depend on how many people will be crying foul if we want to take waters flowing past there towns, so we will have to take the water further downstream. Even with the explanation that whatever amounts of water their need will be, stored for them just off of the river, they will feel that once out of the river they will lose control of it. This will mean that every foot of lost elevation will be one more foot of lift somewhere down the line. The phase not in my back yard has become something that is easy to get people riled about. We have been lied to, cheated by, so many people and governments that anything to do with what we consider ours, will get us defensive, and blind to the truth sometimes, in trying to save what is ours. Or they may say one man's truth is another man's loss. As long as we can generate power from the ocean's tides and waves, this should not create too much of a problem. One beautiful thing about electricity is that it can be used many miles from where it is produced! The storage of fresh water is something that will never be a bad thing. But it has been used as a bargaining chip by to many over the years, some of the worst cases have not always been by governments, but by people buying up water rights, for the purpose of withholding it from others. Water has always been associated with life and death, and what needs to be done now with moving so much of it, so that life on this planet can be brought back into the balance that was there for so many hundreds of million's of years, all prior to man's appearance on the planet.
