Global Warming and Climate Change} There are govermental bodies that are made to connect nations.

The United Nation, North Atlantic treaty Organization, European Union, World Trade Organization, Group of 20, plus 300 or so smaller organization that have both connections and interest between countries, all of these would not simply, have a response to such a large undertaking as I have stated, but many would need to be closely aligned with the interest of this large of a project! Many such as the Red Cross, the Red Sickel, and the many organization associated with immigration and policy, could make a huge difference in getting through some of the red tape that would follow such an undertaking. Having a "new" organization that would not be in charge of such an enterprise, but would gather all of the information that would have to be worked through from all of the interested party, and undertake the difficult negotiations that would arise because of so many differing points of view and needs. The reason that I have stated that the "new" organization would not be in charge but only act as an intermediate, should remove some of the conflicts of interest that normally result from two powerful organizations! And if no solution could be reached, then perhaps a non-partial council could be used to facilitate and put pressure on both sides to come to some agreeable solution. (perhaps I am a little jaded but this would be to prevent bribes and kickbacks to local authorities) And the people in charge of the work that is to be accomplished, will need to follow guidelines and voted in that office, but only for a limited period, of perhaps only 4 years, with 25% changed each year. I am not a great believer in mankind decency to man when power and or money are involved, that is why no one can own more then they and their immediate family can work, and as children get older they can make the decision to get their own piece of land or keep working with their parents and inherit from them. If you are an intelligent hard worker, whatever you earn will be yours, however, if you just work hard enough on your own land to get by and you are happy with that, more power to you. Life should be what you make of it, no-one should tell you how to live your life! But be aware, do not run down others for how you or they choose to live.
