Scientist's has been observing what the addition of 150 parts per million has caused?

What scientists have observed, with mankind's addition of around 150 parts per million of new carbon dioxide into the planet's atmosphere, has caused everything that they are saying, more extreme weather, warmer worldwide temperatures, melting of ice around the planet, raising sea and ocean levels, more flooding and more droughts! This is exactly what a scientist is supposed to do, see a problem, diagnose the cause, and find a solution! With a majority of them agreeing on how to go forward to solve the problem.  Since the solution that is necessary for repairing the planet's temperature-regulating ability is replanting all of the arid and semi-arid areas of the planet, it also does exactly what the vast majority of scientists seem to agree on the best way to reduce atmospheric carbon dioxide is by it being removed from the atmosphere, and back into the planet's carbon cycle. Then we throw in, glacier replenishment where necessary, plus increasing how much freshwater ice is being stored on the interior of the continent of Antarctica, where it will remain for as long as any on the planet. Why we need to repair the planet, only in this fashion, is not important to the average person on the planet, since it will work, plus keep any upfront cost to a minimum, plus give upwards of 50-70 million refugees a real chance of improving their lives, plus maintaining ocean levels, keeping water available for those who use water from glaciers, increase world-wide "consistency" of food supplies which will also add a safety net of dried and dehydrated foods in times of need around the planet! If there is a downside to any of this, it would be on getting the permission of almost every nation on the planet to allow outsiders to come in and do what needs to be done, thankfully most of the work will be in areas where few people chose to live, deserts, semi-arid areas, or high up in cold mountains, wherever glaciation is needed for replenishment, and near and on the continent of Antarctica, not most places people like to live. Only by replanting these areas, and turning them into small farms, fish hatcheries, and aquaculture. Where all of these new farms will not only be working, producing, and helping to re-establishing more of the temperature regulating ability that the planet has lost, due to those very same areas now producing vast amounts of plant cover and plant respiration. All at only a small start-up cost that will repay itself in many ways, and then will become self-generating for the next set of farms down the line. I hope people will see that not only do we start to repair the planet for continuing with a better way of life for all species of carbon-based life that this planet has to offer. First, how do scientist's come up with around 50,000 gigatonnes of available carbon left on the planet?
