Global Warming and Climate Change} It is the lack of true leaders, that make necessary change so hard!

A true leader is one that is intelligent, willing to listen to both sides or more of an issue, does not surround themselves with people that are not willing to say no to an issue because they think that it will angry them, and when a bad or wrong decision is made, they will not look for someone to blame but will say that they made a mistake, and do their best to repair any damage! At one time or another in life, everyone messes up, how we repair or run away from those mistakes shows a person's true character, not just some persona to put in front of a t.v. crowd, knowing full well that someone in every crowd has their own agenda to make no matter what you may say! Sadly this may very well mean that if they hold an elected position, a truly great leader will only be a one-term elected person. How to get the planet's people behind the one and the only, correct way to repair the planet, without a true leader behind the plan, this is going to let everyone with any type of personal agenda, (all agenda's are going to be either, money or power or both) to find some way of getting opposing views across trying to de-rail the correct way! Right now in time, social unrest in America is being played out because the power behind the police are not willing to say that how we train and give almost unconditional support to officers that make both poor and even illegal decisions, needs to be changed. The lawyers will say that this will create problems because the department could be held liable because they did not do enough to weed out officers that should have never been allowed to become officers in the first place. Having the right mindset to become a police officer with just the right balance of empathy, strength, and wisdom would mean that we could never find enough police personal, so we need to also start the extremely hard process of teaching everyone in our society what behavior is and is not acceptable. This also means that society must look out for everyone else and that homelessness, mental issues, drug use, bullying, and looking down on people because of where they come from and what language or religion they use and believe in needs to be dealt with. Just as Global Warming and climate change will affect every living species on this planet, if not dealt with in the correct and timely manner, mankind can not hope to become better then we are right now, without following the correct path forward. Hopefully, we can figure out what that path should look like, and if there is one, will we recognize it when we see it. I know many people will say that I am way off my normal topic of Global Warming and the why's and how's to repair it.
