204 Climate Change and Global Warming} Life cycle of a planet, anywhere and everywhere in the Universe!

I'm saying that only the planet's, that developed a species such as mankind that can change how the planet is developing, will have life on it after it reaches a certain stage or age! Will, it always be some form of carbon that will be the limiting factor, on whether or not, life can be continued. No, just in our own solar system, Mars could have had life such as the Earth does but its limiting factor was possibly its smaller size meaning its gravity could not keep its atmosphere, and it's at a greater distance from the sun. While Venus, has three problems associated with little or no life, first, it is closer to the sun, second, it has almost no magnetic field to protect developing life from the sun's rays, due to, three, and almost non-existent rotation. These are just observation I have made of what is occurring in our solar system, there could be hundred's of limiting factors that may allow life to start but, but does not allow enough time to continue, for the necessary length of time for a species to both develop, and be able to repair what needs to be repaired! Movies and T.V. shows can really hit the ball out of the park sometimes, Think of "Star Trek" or "Star Wars" they can imagine things that later become doable or explain things that are now considered truth. In the movie "Total Recall" where on the planet Mars, the now-extinct Marian's had built a giant machine to break the molecular bonds of frozen water into hydrogen and oxygen to replenish their disappearing atmosphere, but for some reason did not turn it on. Probably realized that once it did what it was designed to do, there would no longer be any water, frozen or not left on the planet and the atmosphere would still drift off into space or explode as it would now be almost exclusively hydrogen and oxygen ( talk about a walking timebomb ). Guess that is why there was no sequel! Life can be so determined, but also so fragile, the Universe still works under certain laws, that can not be changed, just because it is billions of light-years across. If mankind can ever, get around the speed of light dilemma, which limits out how far we can travel, and come to some of these worlds that have "died" these would be the logical choices to colonize! We would simply have to find out what was the limiting factor, and if it was in our power to bring back those needs. In our solar system, I can only see Mars as being suitable, perhaps domed cities, in the beginning, because how do we either increase the gravity or cause the planet to continue to out-gas enough atmosphere? There really should be enough oxygen in the crust of the planet to last for millions of years, but that would require a massive effort. Well, we have enough to do on our own planet before we try and rehabilitate another. One that is very much easier to do and make a better world for everyone and everything in doing so! Well not the mosquitoes, they would be history, if I have anything to say about them.
