246 Global Warming and Climate Change} So what other things can we do to stop some of the immediate concerns that mankind has?
There is almost no end to how we can mitigate the movement of water around the planet, all it takes is the visions to do so! Why am I mainly talking about the movement of water as the main requirement for mitigating Global Warming and Climate Change? Water in the form of vapor in the atmosphere makes cloud cover, water in the form of new plant growth, reduces how much of the sun's energy is either changed into heat or is changed into energy for photosynthesis, water in the form of ice replenishment for shrinking glaciers, increases the amount of sunlight reflected back into space, also known as the albedo effect! Water that is being better controlled by dams, river containment by directing flows, pumping away from potential areas of flooding, all decreases either the heating up of the planet, or problems associated with flood damage!
I do believe that if we are talking about massive amounts of the planet's sea and ocean water being converted into vapor by evaporation, then we are also talking about the overall effect that may decrease slightly the temperature of those seas and oceans, which will decrease the energy available for storm development! So yes water movement and how it is used will have the greatest effect on climate change! We must remember that mankind's addition of 150 parts per million of carbon dioxide back into the atmosphere, simply reset what the planet had around 3 million-plus years ago.
The planet's slow sequestration of that very carbon decrease plant life around the planet, causing ice-ages, increased the amount of arid and semi-arid areas of the planet, and reduced the overall temperature of the planet which caused the planet to lose much of its temperature regulating abilities. These caused more extreme weather due to more temperature extremes within smaller areas of the planet! Water, carbon dioxide, and sunlight are the 3 main ingredients for life on this planet, with any one of these in either short supply, or having too much of, will limit life. When life is limited in an area, it changes the dynamics of not just that area but of surrounding areas. Life cycle of a planet by Dan James Kadavy, is the solution that will in "time" repair our one and only planet. That does not mean that we have to wait for years for plant life to increase enough to start making a difference. We can work with the evaporation of sea and ocean water to make quicker changes but there are, more chances of unintended consequences when large changes are tried in more confined areas! The best way to limit the chances of unintended consequences, is to start small with the pumping stations which would be spraying sea and ocean water high enough into the air as to increase the water evaporation rates.
