CCCXVI Global Warming and Climate Change} Has moving water from no need to need, ever loss money NO!

Such an operation always generates more long-term money, and is a very safe bet! Whether that is producing more agricultural lands, or supplying drinking water, or preventing flooding, moving water is always a sure bet! As long as you do not simply deposit it in the ocean, then you just wasted topsoil, fertilizers, and the ability to give people a chance at a better life! Plus you just added to the ocean's pollution problems!                                                                                                                                                                What needs to happen, is a dam-like structure where a river is about to enter a saltwater estuary, why do I say dam-like, because it only needs to divert the freshwater from entering and mixing with brackish, or saltwater, this will allow the most freshwater as possible to be used elsewhere! This does mean that some type of "boat locks" will be needed to allow boats and in "larger rivers" ship and barge traffic to navigate entry and exit. Wildlife portal will be a very important aspect on most rivers, perhaps they can be combined with the boat locks, but that would take more knowledge than I have on the needs of so many different wildlife species; hopefully, there is a bevy of knowledge around the globe that could be brought forth. The places that freshwater removal on any stream or river can occur will need to be more than just where it enters the saltwater estuary, otherwise, the system would routinely be overcome by heavy rains or snowmelt, trying to make a system that is large enough to handle any occurrence at any one point would be more than foolhardy!                                                                                                                                                                 Not in my backyard syndrome, is a real possibility for these endeavor's in many places, hopefully, such things as recreational water uses, or fishing farms, open to the public will help mitigate some of the objections that any such type of large projects always seems to bring forth.                                                                             At every spot that water would be removed from the streams and rivers, would need to have the waters, separated from the load of silt that always accompanies moving water unless that silt would be best used where the water is headed. Whatever treatment will be needed for this water will be determined by many things, what uses, how far is the water to travel, plastics will need to be filtered out, and recycled, living wildlife will need to be accounted for, and the best use, will need to be determined.                                              A new way, to move goods up and down the largest rivers may make the river traffic more efficient and safer. using the river itself for moving ships both upstream and of course downstream, who here can think of a way to convert flowing water into energy? I wonder what an electric trolley car type system would look like on an ever-changing water elevation? This moving water part of the "plan" should pay for itself in a timely manner, what with the selling of water, silt, and wildlife that would be deemed surplus, to anyone that benefits down the chain! Think of all the benefits, to the seas and oceans on the planet, keeping mankind's contaminated water out of them! (will this over centuries start to change the salinity of the oceans and to what end and how could mankind if necessary counter-balance that)? Well, I came to the end of another post, if anyone out there would like to contact me, my phone number is 402-890-7946, my G-mail is  danielkadavy212@gmail.com   or if someone would like to continue reading, you can go to my web site @ https://lifecycleofaplanet.blogspot.com   Thank you, tell others about the crazy guy in Nebraska that is a mister know it all when it comes to global warming and climate change.  Dan (Treating the symptom of a problem without even understanding the true nature of the problem will only cause and cost unneeded solutions!)
