388 I was talking about how to decide if a planet had or has life on it and using both the density of the atmosphere and amount of CO2 left in it?

To come to those conclusions, I allow myself the latitudes to make such sweeping observations, for the very reason that I am NOT a scientist, but I would much rather be proven wrong about any of the ideas and observations that others have taken so long in documenting! For if the world needs to wait until all scientists come to the same conclusion, well let's just say that a certain very hot place will freeze over! Working within the restrictions that we can only move forward when there is a consensus from the powers that be, would doom this planet and all carbon-based life to a grim future. Nothing that I put forth in using the "plan" will hinder or not do what just about everyone who believes that mankind needs to readjust how we deal with Global Warming and Climate Change. Since the "plan" is by far the cheapest both in the beginning and long-term, and solves so many other aspects of what mankind ourselves are faced with in terms of the "have and the have-nots". There should be no reason, not to use the "plan" for how to proceed!!!                                      As to reducing man's need for fossil fuels use, anyway, that shows us how to do so, is simply a plus, be that using wind, solar, tidal, geothermal, nuclear, or the collection of methane gas from all of mankind's landfills and sewage treatment plants, or something that we have not yet, thought of. Anything that will extend fossil fuels into the future will be a great help in allowing carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere to be maintained at the correct and necessary levels, once we replant, all of the arid and semi-arid areas of the planet that can be replanted!                                                                                                                                         Scientists around the planet, need to be pointed in the right direction, to begin understanding the true nature of the planet and mankind's problem. Activists, on both sides of Global Warming and Climate Change, are simply reacting to misinterpreted data, that is only based on the last hundred years of knowledge of what mankind has caused. In doing so, we have started down a path that will not lead us where we and all carbon-based life need to arrive at, for there to be a long-term future for life on this Great Planet! Dan

On taking the information of the atmosphere of other planet's we can go a long way on deciding whether or not any large quantity of life ever existed on any planet! How much carbon dioxide is still in the atmosphere, how dense is the atmosphere, is there any oxygen in the atmosphere? All of these answers will point us towards the great question of if life, how much, and for how long!
