422 The economics of the "plan" is what will allow it to be followed or to be completely rejected because the wrong "people" will benefit from it!

     Everyone on the planet is put into some type of box, where they are born, their sex, the color of their skin, if educated or not, even their appearance, and who their parents are, all play a role in how someone is judged. Of course, that box will vary greatly depending on where anyone is at and can change over a lifetime in many ways. The one box that remains the most consistent, is those born to wealth and power.

    The "plan" does not care for whatever box anyone is in, it deals with saving all carbon-based life on the planet while improving the weather so that extreme weather is significantly reduced. The current economics of the planet leaves many people without hope for a better future, mainly because of the boxes that have been placed around them. But because the "plan" is so all-encompassing, and will require hundreds of millions of people to move water to the arid and semi-arid areas of the planet and then start the job of re-planting those areas, all to re-create the lost temperature-regulation abilities of the planet's atmosphere. So these will be the people that will become the new debt-free owners of 100,000,000+ newly created 20-acre farms that will also include a 1-acre pond to raise the fish protein needed to sustain the farms. 

    It is always "people" that do the day-to-day labor of life, whether that work is building dams and channels for re-directing freshwater to where it is needed, or the daily work of feeding the population of the planet, Corporations can only hire people to do this work, and then take the profits for there own gain.

     The "plan" does away with the need for corporations, and relies directly on the workers for doing what needs to be done and then rewarding those workers with the fruit of their own labor. The organization that oversees and directs the "plan" comes directly from these workers and only works in that capacity for a set period of years, then teaches the next set of people to continue. This is why the "plan" needs good strong leadership to work granting access and materials to as many governments and areas of the planet as quickly as possible. This is where scientists need to start the process of verifying that what the "plan" is designed to do, will do what is needed, to reduce extreme weather and reduce the amounts of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere in a timely manner!

    Once the scientists have put their seal of approval on the "plan", then the people have to be told why the "plan" is the best way forward, and only a ground-swell of support will then start the process of getting the "plan" pushed to the forefront of how climate change, and global warming, can be repaired with the least amount of start-up cost, and only profits and food production in the years to come!

    While the "plan" does what scientists have been saying needs to be accomplished, time is important to consider. Knowledge is of no importance if it is not acted upon!
