477 CDLXXVII The mining of gold set off such a migration in America in the 1800s, So as people start to realize that freshwater is the next great commodity not to buy and sell but to collect and use, the race is on!
The most significant concern that the planet faces with humanity repairing the planet by using the "plan" is how it is done! If the "plan" is used as it has been designed with corporation's "NOT" doing the work. But instead, a single entity coordinating all of the different needs and requirements that would be needed in collecting and moving so much water and then re-planting the arid and semi-arid areas of the planet. Then perhaps hundreds of millions of people will benefit from the creation of these new farms and support businesses that would now exist. All because unlike prospecting for gold that is slowly all found and recovered, nutrient prospecting never runs out because upstream farming never stops, so nutrients are constantly being replenished and later eroded into the streams and rivers of the planet! One of the mistaken beliefs in controlling nitrogen in the rivers that end up in the seas and oceans is that if we can understand exactly how much fertilizer to put on we can completely stop any excess from entering the streams in the first place! If we could completely stop soil erosion from happening in the first place then we would not have to keep dredging out rivers all over the planet, (not an easy task to achieve at all). So putting the majority of the blame on farmers and ranchers trying to grow crops and livestock to feed billions of people is inappropriate and losing sight of the much greater benefit of making use of this 21-century gold mine of nutrients!
When trying to find ways to repair Earth, from the 3.5 billion years of carbon sequestration, the "blame game" is not the place to start. Unfortunately is exactly what is being done, so instead of everyone coming together to understand what the planet is going through, the rich are immediately being blamed for their excessive lifestyle and a divide is being created and then reinforced with mistaken beliefs that have nothing to do with carbon-sequestration, over the 3.5 billion years that carbon-based life has existed on the planet. If we can not even look at other options for causation than "bad mankind" how can we hope to begin to unite as one to repair the planet? I look at drug addiction and tobacco use and how to overcome them, in the same way. For we have been the reason that habits are both formed and then those who can not balance their lives without over use of something that society has given partial approval too we call them weak, and have little or no understanding of why they should need help. Now there are people all over the planet complaining that people that have children of their own are ruining the planet for the rest of life on the planet!
Does that mean that there are so many with beliefs that are so wrong that there is "NO" way to reach them even with the truth, and all of the proof that could possible be? How have we failed to teach so many how to learn, and understand what they read? Instead they seem to read something that sound like it is right, yet with no proof what-so-ever, and it is their new "mantra". Be that mankind has to be the evil incarnate! Or there is no possible way that mankind can have any lasting effect on such a large planet! Or that God will take care of everything for his planet is the perfect place to settle mankind to see if they deserve "heaven" once they die? How then, can one individual make a difference?
No matter how simple is the Math concerning what Earth is facing (without mankind on the planet, the planet sequestraes 10 gigatonne of carbon on average every year yet plate tectonics only return around 3 gigatonnes of carbon back into the atmosphere for a net loss of 7 gigatonnes, and there is now only 800 gigatonnes of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere which equals around 415 parts per million of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere which means that 2 parts per million of carbon dioxide is sequestrated each and every year so in around 120 years if mankind were to vanish from the planet the next-last-and neverending ice-age will start when levels of carbon dioxide drop that 240 points and leaving only around 175 parts per million) that is as simple of math as possible for even 4th graders to understand!
